Live Stream Manager Terms of Service

Purpose

Live Stream Manager is a private application developed and operated by Connection Church for managing and automating the church's livestreaming services.

The application is intended solely for authorized Connection Church personnel and systems. It is not offered as a public service.

Authorized Use

Live Stream Manager may only be used by individuals authorized by Connection Church and only for legitimate Connection Church operations.

Unauthorized access to or use of the application is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

Live Stream Manager integrates with third-party services, including Google and YouTube, to provide livestream management functionality.

Use of those services remains subject to the applicable terms, policies, and conditions established by their respective providers.

Connection Church does not control the availability, operation, or policies of third-party services and cannot guarantee that those services will remain available or unchanged.

Google and YouTube Access

When authorized, Live Stream Manager may perform actions on Connection Church's YouTube resources, including creating, configuring, starting, stopping, and managing livestream broadcasts and related resources.

Authorization is provided through Google's OAuth 2.0 system and may be revoked through Google's account security and third-party access settings.

Availability

Live Stream Manager is provided for Connection Church's internal operational use. No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted availability or operation.

Features may be modified, added, or removed as Connection Church's production requirements change or as third-party APIs and services change.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Connection Church is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, third-party platform failures, network failures, incorrect configuration, or unauthorized use of Live Stream Manager.

Privacy

Information regarding the application's handling of authentication credentials, Google API data, and other information is available in the Live Stream Manager Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated as the application or its integrations change. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
