Overview

Live Stream Manager is a private application developed and operated by Connection Church for managing and automating the church's livestream broadcasts.

Access to Live Stream Manager is restricted to authorized Connection Church personnel. The application is not offered as a general-purpose public service.

Information We Access

Live Stream Manager may access information from third-party streaming services when an authorized Connection Church account grants the application access.

For Google and YouTube services, this may include information necessary to create, configure, manage, start, stop, and monitor YouTube livestream broadcasts and related resources.

Depending on the functions being used, this may include YouTube channel information, livestream broadcast information, stream configuration, video metadata, thumbnails, playlists, and other information required to manage Connection Church's YouTube livestreaming operations.

Google Authentication Data

Live Stream Manager uses Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication system to obtain authorized access to Connection Church's YouTube resources.

OAuth access and refresh tokens obtained from Google are used only to authenticate requests necessary to perform the application's authorized livestream management functions.

Authentication credentials and tokens are not sold, used for advertising, or provided to third parties for unrelated purposes.

How Information Is Used

Information obtained through Google APIs or other supported streaming services is used only as necessary to operate Connection Church's livestreaming workflow.

Examples include:

• Creating and configuring livestream broadcasts;
• Setting broadcast titles, descriptions, and metadata;
• Managing livestream ingest configuration;
• Starting and stopping livestream broadcasts;
• Managing thumbnails and playlists;
• Monitoring the status of livestream broadcasts and streams; and
• Performing other actions initiated by authorized Connection Church personnel.

Sharing of Information

Live Stream Manager does not sell personal information or Google user data.

Information obtained through Google APIs is not shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or other unrelated purposes.

Information may be transmitted to Google, YouTube, or another streaming provider as necessary to perform actions explicitly requested through the application.

Data Storage and Security

Authentication credentials and other application configuration information are maintained on systems controlled by Connection Church and are accessible only to authorized personnel and systems.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect authentication credentials and other sensitive configuration data from unauthorized access.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Live Stream Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Access and Revocation

Authorized users may revoke Live Stream Manager's access to their Google account through Google's account security and third-party access settings.

Connection Church administrators may also remove or replace application credentials at any time.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the application's functionality or use of third-party services changes. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
